Mentoring System:

The Department of Basic Science and Humanities provides a strong foundation of basic concepts and understanding for the core engineering curriculum, and inculcates in the First-Year students the values and discipline of the Institute.

Mentor-mentee Interaction: 01 per week + occasional, as required
Mentor-Guardian Interaction: Occasional, as required
Issues on which emphasis is laid: 05 (Systematic Student data collection, Academic Performance, Attendance, Extra-curricular activities related to MAR, Psychological problems)
