Techno International New Town
(Formerly known as Techno India College of Technology)
A blood donation camp was organized on 28th August 2018 by the Department of Electrical Engineering in the premises of Techno International Newtown (formerly known as Techno India College of Technology) with the support of Lions Club (Lions District 322B1 Blood Bank (den)).
The blood donation camp was inaugurated by the honorable Director, Prof. (Dr.) R.T. Goswami, respected Registrar, Dr. S.P.Ghosh and Head of the Electrical Engineering Department, Prof. (Dr.) Milan Basu in presence of the faculty members and students of the Electrical Engineering department.The camp started at 10 am and continued till 3 pm covering 75 donors in total.
The lions club provided the donors with a certificate containing their photograph and a memento. The doctors from the club checked and verified each parameter to ensure if one is suitable for the donation or not.Everything was carried out smoothly and the feedback of the doctors was also excellent. Subsequently they will provide the students with Blood Donation Card.
