Event Date: 21st and 22nd March, 2024 Report on the annual exhibition and competition of fine arts and photography “NANDANIK 2024” organized jointly by TINT Photography Club and Aesthetica- TINT Art Club “Nandanik 2024” the annual exhibition and competition of fine arts and photography was organized jointly by TINT Photography Club and Aesthetica-TINT Art Club on 21 st and 22 nd March, 2024 in the TINT campus. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Honourable Principal-in-charge Dr. Ayan Chakraborty by lighting the lamp. This event showcased the remarkable talent, creativity, and dedication of our students, providing them with a platform to express their artistic and photographic skills. Along with the photos and paintings from the current students there was an alumni corner as well where works from many pass-out students had been displayed. In the second half of the 1 st day two engaging sessions had been held by the guests and the jury eminent photographer Sri Sandipan Mukherjee and well- known artist Smt Mamata Mukherjee. First one was titled “On broken trail-A Photo essay on Nubra valley including the Balti areas of the north-west”, a talk with a series of mindboggling photographs authored by the speaker Sri Sandipan Mukherjee. Second one was a talk by Smt. Mamata Mukherjee titled “Science and Art-contrasting yet co-existing” which was equally captivating.
