Blood Donation Camp – Gift of blood is gift of life

In aid of Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital, Rotaract (Rotary Club Partner) organized a Blood Donation Camp at Techno International New Town, Rajarhat on 18th March, 2016 from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.  At TINT students are encouraged to imbibe the principle of community service and be generous in rendering a helping hand towards their fellow beings.  The feeling of responsibility towards the society is an integral part of all the academic and co-curricular activities of this Institute. Organizing a Blood Donation Camp is just another step in this direction.
The students, faculty and staff members actively and whole heartedly participated in the event to make it a success. Health and hygiene was a primary concern at this blood donation camp and a proper handling of the blood samples collected was also ensured. The donors were given refreshments, and a certificate of appreciation for this service to humanity.

The event was a huge success with a large number of students, faculty and staff members turning up for the noble cause.
