A Mini Project Competition: Fund My Crazy, organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), successfully wrapped up on August 27, 2026. Kicking off at 2:30 PM in the Central Computing Lab, TINT. The program witnessed 22 participants out of 53 registered candidates. The students appeared to deliver rapid, 60-second live pitches. Powered by Google Gemini for ideation and Nano Banana for visual concepts, these students took on the challenge to radically reimagine urban infrastructure across critical themes like Roads & Transit, Healthcare, Education, Markets, Community & Living, and Surprise Elements.

The competition was fierce, but three standout innovators claimed the top spots. Soumen Debnath (CSE, 3rd Year) secured 1st Place and earned a special nomination from the Google Student Ambassador to represent TINT nationally for the exclusive Google Pixel Phone. Shamiya Shafi (CSE-DS, 3rd Year) took 2nd Place with her exceptional concept, closely followed by Divyansh Ishu (IT, 3rd Year) who claimed 3rd Place.

The journey does not end in the seminar hall. The strongest ideas from the campus round will advance to the National Top 50, where students will build out their projects in public and share their progress. From there, the Top 10 finalists will pitch their finalized, fundable concepts live to a jury to claim their share of the ₹1 Crore Prize Pool. Locally, all 22 active pitchers will receive official Certificates of Participation to recognize their disruptive ideas and hard work.
