“Srijani”, an intra and inter departmental art, craft and photography competition cum exhibition was organized by the department of Electrical engineering on 22 nd April 2023. In addition to the above, a project competition ‘চিন্তা- Money’ for the students was also organized as a part of the event where they shared innovative and sustainable ideas towards better tomorrow. The event saw huge participation of the departmental as well as the non departmental students from first year to final year. The event was inaugurated by the institute Director Prof. (Dr.) R.T. Goswami and the Head of the Department Prof. (Dr.) Milan Basu. The exhibition provided an apt platform to the students for displaying a wide range of their creations. All the displayed items were appreciated by one and all. The Director, HoDs and representatives from the other departments applauded the efforts of the teachers and the students which made the event a grand success. The beautiful paintings and art work left the spectators mesmerized. The event ended with the prize distribution ceremony and a vote of thanks by Prof. Dipanwita Ganguly.
