Bodhon
Durga Puja is the grand festival of love, light and joy. On 22nd October 2020, The Club of Performing Arts of Techno International New Town – Hridmajhare hosted "Bodhon" in the celebration of Durga Puja. In the year of the pandemic, the event was hosted live on the official Facebook page of the club.
With the blessings of technology, the event was streamed live on the official Facebook page of the club. The event began at 5 PM and all participating students and faculty members were requested to join the live session with the help of the link shared with them. WhatsApp groups of all classes were made separately and the teachers had to make sure all the students received the link to view the live event on Facebook.
The Hostess of the Ceremony was Prof. Soma Chatterjee Ghosh, who skilfully managed the programme’s flow and atmosphere. The event was inaugurated by the Director of the college, Prof. Dr R. T. Goswami, addressing the audience, where he extolled the tireless efforts of the club in organizing the event and shared his views on Durga Puja.
Following this was a compilation of dance, songs, recitations and a lot of fun stories, everyone presented their story of joy. The event was a huge success.
