Techno India Group organised a five day workshop on Quality Assurance for Higher Education for Members of Universitas Islam Negeri, Walisongo, Semarang & Members of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Jakarta, Indonesia in association with Kiandas Business Academy, Kolkata from 9th to 13th October 2017 at Techno India College of Technology, New Town, Kolkata. Fourteen delegates participated in this Workshop who held important portfolios in Universitas Islam Negeri, Walisongo, Semarang and in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Some of the major topics discussed during the Workshop were Quality Assurance Modules with Case Studies, Global Quality Assurance Concepts and Principles, Six Sigma Concept and Methodologies practised in Indian Industries and the Recent Trends and Challenges faced in Quality Assurance in Regional, National and International platforms. Eminent personalities from academic and corporate sectors delivered lectures and held exhaustive interactive sessions during the five days of the Workshop. The participants were also given a hands-on training in Quality Assessment Software and tools in Higher Education in the laboratory.
