Prof. Jyotsna Kumar Mandal

Prof. Jyotsna Kumar Mandal is Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Kalyani, India, with over 35 years of teaching and research experience in data compression, error correction, network security, steganography, image processing, and remote sensing. He holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science from the University of Calcutta and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Jadavpur University. He has supervised 31 awarded Ph.D. scholars (with 4 pursuing) and published over 400 research papers along with 12 books from Springer, IGI Global, LAP Lambert, and others. He has organized more than 60 international conferences and edited 65+ proceedings with leading publishers like Springer, IEEE, and Elsevier. Prof. Mandal has served as Vice-Chancellor of Raiganj University, Dean of Engineering, Technology & Management at the University of Kalyani, and Director of IQAC. He is currently the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 36 WG7 World Convenor (2024–2027), a Fellow of IETE, Governing Council member of IETE, Life Member of CSI and CRSI, and Associate Member of ACM and IEEE. His contributions have been recognized with the Siksha Ratna Award from the Government of West Bengal and the Research ICON Award from UEM, Kolkata.

Dr. Soumya Sen

Dr. Soumya Sen is an Assistant Professor at the A. K. Choudhury School of Information Technology, University of Calcutta, where he has served since 2009. He is also Teacher-in-Charge of the 1st Year B.Tech program.He holds a Ph.D. (Tech.) in Computer Science & Engineering (2016) along with M.Tech. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Calcutta. Before joining academia, he worked in IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and RS Software, specializing in ERP and Data Warehousing.His research interests include Data Warehousing & OLAP, Big Data, Service Engineering, and Distributed Databases. He has published around 85 research papers, holds 3 international patents (USA, Japan, South Korea), and authored 2 books with Springer.Dr. Sen actively collaborates with institutions in Italy, USA, Japan, New Zealand, and India, and serves as a reviewer and program committee member in several international conferences.

Dr. Sajal Saha is an esteemed academic professional with over 21 years of experience spanning across the affiliated college and university system. Currently, he holds the positions of Professor and Associate Dean, School of Engineering and Technology as well as Director of Product & Innovation at Adamas University. Prior to this, Dr. Saha served as the Principal of Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology under Techno India Group, affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal.
