Prof. Bimal Kumar Roy obtained B.Stat. and M.Stat. degrees from Indian Statistical institute, kolkata followed by Ph.d from University of Waterloo, Canada. Served as a professor at Indian statistical Institute, Kolkata till March, 2024. He was chairman, National Statistical Commission during 2019 - 2022. Research expertise in the domain of Cryptography, Security, Data Analytics and Statistics. He received Padma Shri awards in 2015.

Dr. Daniel D. Dasig Jr. is a visionary academic leader, prolific researcher, and Professional Computer Engineer whose work bridges technology, governance, and education. As Alumni Regent of the Samar State University Board of Regents and Research Director & Quality Assurance Coordinator at the Philippine Women’s University (PWU) in Manila, he drives institutional innovation, global quality benchmarks, and ethical research excellence. He holds MSc and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Doctor in Business Administration, a PhD in Educational Management, and currently pursuing a Doctor in Public Administration, Dr. Dasig’s multidisciplinary expertise spans AI and machine learning, biomedical and gerontology studies, digital transformation, smart and sustainable cities, risk management, and governance systems. He has published extensively in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals, authored book chapters, and presented at prestigious conferences across Asia, Europe, and North America. Many of his works directly advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals. An Editorial Board Member and Technical Program Committee member for high-impact journals and conferences, he is also President of the DEFAS Society of Engineers Inc., and an active member of IEEE, ICpEP, NCSG, and the Internet Society. His global engagements include contributions to UN ESCAP, the Internet Governance Forum, and other international initiatives. Prof. Nabendu Chaki is a Senior Member of IEEE and an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Calcutta, India. Besides editing several volumes in LNCS, Springer, and other series, Nabendu has authored three textbooks with reputed publishers like Taylor and Francis (CRC Press), Pearson Education, etc. Dr. Chaki has published more than 100 refereed research papers in Journals and International conferences. His areas of research interest include image processing, distributed systems, and network security. Dr. Chaki has also served as a Research Assistant Professor in the Ph.D. program (Software Engineering) at U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. He is a visiting faculty member for many universities including the University of Ca’Foscari, Venice, Italy. Dr. Chaki has contributed to SWEBOK v3 of the IEEE Computer Society as a Knowledge Area Editor for Mathematical Foundations. Besides, being an editorial board member of many international journals, he has also served on the committees of more than 50 international conferences. He is the founding Chapter Chair of the ACM Professional Chapter in Kolkata, India since January 2014.

Prof. (Dr.) Amlan Chakrabarti is Professor and Director of the A. K. Choudhury School of Information Technology, University of Calcutta, and also heads the IT & Technology Innovation Cell, Govt. of West Bengal. With nearly 20 years of experience in engineering education and research, he completed his Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta and post-doctoral research at Princeton University.
He has published 200+ research papers, holds 5 patents, and has guided 20 Ph.D. scholars. His research spans AI/ML, Computer Vision, Cyber-Physical Systems, IoT, VLSI CAD, and Quantum Computing.
Prof. Chakrabarti has received numerous prestigious awards including the DST BOYSCAST Fellowship, INSA Fellowship, JSPS Invitation Award (Japan), Erasmus Mundus Leaders Award (EU), Hamied Visiting Professorship (Cambridge, UK), and Siksha Ratna Award (Govt. of WB). He is a Fellow of the West Bengal Academy of Science and Technology, Sr. Member of IEEE & ACM, and serves as editor/reviewer for leading international journals.

Short biography:

Debashis De is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India. A Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of IETE, and Life Member of CSI, he has received prestigious awards such as the Boyscast Fellowship (India), Endeavour Fellowship (Australia), and Young Scientist Awards (2005, 2011). He was honored with the JC Bose Research Award (2016). Shiksha-Ratna Award (2019) and the IETE Chartered Engineer for his contributions.

With over 400+ journal papers, 200+ conference papers, 20 books, and 4 patents,2 copyrights he has led research projects funded by AICTE, UGC, DST, World Bank, AWS, and MeitY. He has held leadership roles as Chairman of CSI and IETE Kolkata and EC Member of IEEE COMSOC Kolkata. His h-index is 50 with 12,000 citations, and he ranks among the top 2% of global scientists.

Currently, he serves as Associate Editor for several reputed journals, including IEEE Access, Springer MST, Wiley IJCS, and Elsevier IET Quantum Communication. His research focuses on Edge Intelligence, IoT, and Quantum Computing.

Prior to Joining Adamas University, Dr Radha Tamal Goswami was associated with organizations like Techno International New Town (Techno India Group) as Director and BIT Mesra Ranchi as Professor in CSE and Director at its Kolkata Campus. His area of expertise includes Network Security, Big Data Analytics, Pattern Recognition, Cryptography and Bio Informatics . He also guided many students in UG and PG projects as well PhD students. He is the visiting faculty of 10 top Institutions and senior member of ACM, IEEE,CSI, NIPM and ISTD. He published around seventy research papers in the International Journal of repute. He chaired many National and International conferences. He is the academic and BOG member of different reputed Institutions in India and abroad. He has a special interest in Sports, Drama, Music, Networking and social help for needy people.

 

All accepted papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS), Springer Nature Book Series (SCOPUS indexed).
