Anindita Sarkar Mondal currently working as assistant professor in Calcutta University. She is awarded with her doctorate degree from Jadavpur University in the field of cloud storage system. She received her master degree from Kalyani University and B.Tech from MAKAUT, formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology. Prior to her PhD degree, she was involved and worked under different research projects like ITRA: remote health project at Jadavpur university and Distributed System Group at Vienna Technical University, Austria. Her research interests includes but not limited to semantic web, big data management and storage, data analytics, and business process modelling. She has published in several reputed international journal and conferences.

Dr. Sunirmal Khatua

Short biography:

Sunirmal Khatua is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Calcutta since 2010. Before joining the University of Calcutta, he served as a Lecturer at Jadavpur University since 2008 and an R&D engineer with Tejas Networks India Ltd since 2006. He was the recipient of the Visvesvaraya Young Faculty Fellowship from Digital India Corporation, Government of India for the duration of 2018 to 2023, the prestigious Gold Medal, and the University Medal from Jadavpur University in 2006. His research interests include optimization algorithms in cloud computing, wireless sensor networks, and high-performance computing. He has published more than 100 research articles in different reputed journals and conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE and a life member of IETE.

Abhijan Bhattacharyya

Abhijan Bhattacharyya is a Sr. Scientist in TCS Research, Tata Consultancy Services. He has an industry experience of over 20 years. His present areas of interests are communication for robotics and IoT, Semantic communication and responsive AI for 5G/6G applications, etc. He is the lead author of RFC7967 in the domain of lightweight protocols for IoT. RFC7967 is the first indigenous contribution from India to global Internet Technology Standards under IETF. He represents his company in national and international standard bodies including TSDSI, ITU-T and OneM2M in the domains of 5G and IoT communication. He has over 40 granted patents in different geographies including US, EU, China, Japan, Australia, and India along with several publications in renowned international conference proceedings. He is an ex-visiting faculty of Jadavpur University. He is currently a member of the Board of Studies for the Computer Science Department, Aliah University and Electronics & Telecommunication department, Heritage Institute of Technology. He has done his B.Sc. (H) in Electronics and B.Tech in IT from University of Calcutta. He has done his M.E. from Jadavpur University.

Snehasis Banerjee

Snehasis Banerjee is a Lead Research Scientist at TCS Research. He is a Guest Faculty at CSE Dept. at IIIT-G and PhD Fellow at IIIT-H. He is a Fellow of IETE and Senior Member of IEEE, CSI and ACM. He serves as Vice Chairman of IETE Kolkata Center, Secretary of CSI Kolkata Chapter and Treasurer of ACM Kolkata Chapter. He holds a Masters in Engineering from Jadavpur University. He has over 30 patents and 40 papers in reputed venues. He serves as reviewer in reputed conferences like ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, WACV, ICRA, IROS, CASE, IJCNN and journals like Elsevier’s Knowledge-based Systems and Springer’s Journal of Intelligent & Robotic Systems, Journal of Supercomputing. He has received many recognitions like TCS Contextual Master, CSI Young IT Professional Award R-II, and multiple best papers. His research interests include Cognitive Robotics, Knowledge Representation, Generalistic AI and Artificial Consciousness.
