Module 1:

1: Study input characteristics of BJT in common-emitter configuration.

2: Study output characteristics of BJT in common-emitter configuration for different base currents and hence determine hybrid parameters.

3: Study output characteristics of BJT in common-emitter configuration and find performance parameters (Voltage Gain, Current Gain, Input Impedance, Output Impedance).

4: Study of drain characteristics and transfer characteristics of a JFET and hence determine the FET parameters (drain resistance, transconductance & amplification factor).

5. Bandwidth measurement of a predetermined range of frequency in Audio level of a BJT/FET/MOSFET. (Innovative)

6. Find out V-I Characteristic of LED. (Innovative)

Module 2:

7: Study of C-V characteristics of a Varactor diode by appropriate software.

8: Study of drain characteristics and transfer characteristics of a MOSFET and hence determine the FET parameters (drain resistance, transconductance & amplification factor) by appropriate software.

9. Find out the modification in Threshold voltage with continuous decreasing channel length for n-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET. (Innovative).
